Calisto is a two time winner of the North American Stallion Sport Test for the jumper section earning his lifetime approvals for Holsteiner, Hanoverian, Oldenburg (ISR and GOV), and Westfalen. Earning top scores in form, scope, and rideability Calisto was a judges favorite as well as a fan favorite to both guest riders. Calisto made great improvements from 2019 to 2021 proving his trainability. Calisto is also currently the only two time champion that has been show cased in the North American Stallion Sport Test and the second highest scoring stallion to ever be presented.

Calisto’s pedigree is known to make top quality performances horses. Horses such a Cannon Creek, ridden by Hunt Tosh, is one of the leading international hunter derby horses as well as a half brother to Calisto. Many of the horses that actively compete in the McClay finals share Cassini I and Capitol I, which is also shared by Calisto.

Calisto has been commented to improve the quality of the mare with his offspring. Often improving the confirmation of the mare and making noticeable improvement in temperament in his offspring. Breeders have commented that his foals have shown signs of being amateur friendly and good quality hunters.
